Our agent will come (maximum 2 hours from the confirmation of the order) to collect clothes. At the moment of the delivery of the items for cleaning/ washing/ ironing, you can choose among others: starching clothes, ironing with or without crease, folding them or hanging them on hangers and covering them in protecting wrap. All these operations are included in the final price.

Clothes will be brought to our headquarters and will be cleaned/ washed/ ironed according to your specifications, and from technical point of view, according to the indications on the label.

After cleaning/ washing. Ironing, the clothes will be put on hangers, covered in protective wraps. After packing, clothes will be kept in a cleaned and aired environment.

Clothes will be returned to the place and time set by you.

Payment is made in cash on the moment of delivery. In case you have one of the subscriptions offered by our company, please show the fidelity card at the time of delivery of order.
The collecting and home or from the office delivery service is available Monday to Friday during 10-18. We are gladly on your disposal outside this program but it is necessary to set before. To benefit of this free of charge service in Brasov city you need to place a minimal order of 50 lei, or

DISTINGUISHER:
- If you are not satisfied with the way we handled your item of clothing, we will process it again on our expense! If this time you are again dissatisfied with it, then you don’t pay the value of its processing.
- We are the only drycleaner’s which has civil liability. What does this mean? If from our fault your item has suffered visible and irreparable damages, our insurance compensates you 100%. It will pay the clothing item at its value as new.
- We have a service dedicated to home collecting and delivery or at your office. We do this Monday to Friday between 10 – 18. For special situations we are open on Saturday too, on condition you call us before to set the details for this thing.
